	After several years of resistance from local municipalities, the trail was continued to its present terminus in Kirkwood.
	After continuing from Pardee Road, the trail crosses Watson Road.
	The trail crosses Sappington Road near the historic Thomas Sappington House and Sappington Cemetery.
	The trail crosses Big Bend Blvd. just east of I-44 and continues on through a small park.
	After crossing I-44 on a converted railroad over-pass, the trail ends. Plans are to link the trail to a greenway along the Meramac River in the future.
